We sell tickets for events hosted by Basik Marketing Private Limited through our platform. Tickets are digital goods issued for a specific event/date/time and are subject to limited validity during checkout (order/reservation time).

Ticket cancellation and refund eligibility (if any) are configured per event by the event administrator and will be displayed on the relevant event page (or communicated during booking).
- If an event does not explicitly allow cancellations, then tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

A refund may be initiated in cases where payment is successful but the ticket order cannot be confirmed/fulfilled due to timing or technical constraints, including (but not limited to):
- Payment completed after the order validity/expiry time.
- Payment completed after the ticket reservation has expired or been released.
- Payment success confirmation received after the reservation was already released due to system timing/race conditions.
In such cases, we initiate a refund back to the original payment method used at checkout.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the next steps will be communicated through the contact details provided at booking. Where refunds are applicable (as per the event configuration/communication), they will be processed back to the original payment method.

If your payment is successful but you do not see a confirmed ticket/order, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24–48 hours and before the event start time) with:
- Order ID
- Payment Reference / Transaction ID
- Event name
- Email/phone used during booking
