1. All volunteers must carry their assigned event pass for venue entry.
2. Passes will be scanned or verified at the Volunteer Entry Point on arrival.
3. Attendance will be recorded daily based on pass verification.
4. Volunteers are required to report as per their assigned shift timings.
5. Event passes are mandatory for access to designated volunteer and work zones.
